i have problem with admin D LUFFY he is ban me permanent directly and not asked me for scan
he is not good admin he is a new Beginner in the field admins

in may page scans in wargods there is clean and not clean the reason i not steamer and the reason number 2 may ip algeria is changed every day sometimes clean 
and sometimes not i dont know waht is the problem
